Spring Pinks and Greens

Today's Flowers prompt #3

At last, the pink blossoms are multiplying! A week ago, they looked like minuscule, scattered drops of pink rain! But now they are larger and in profusion throughout Dromana!

Spring is the happiness of
Light fluffy pink blossoms
Dancing
The joy of
Warm Spring winds

Spring is like
Tossing back the quilt and
Finding the wooden floor is
Not so cold for
Bare feet

Spring light
Lets the soul
Air and
Dry

Your words are graceful brush strokes creating such a poetry blessing.

I wish you well.

postscripts: I noticed a typo in the final line:

Spring light
Lets? (or is it lit?) the soul.

(I'm not really sure)

Thanks Jeques for the observation! But it is meant to be "lets". The meaning intended is "allows".

Your spring is so bittersweet for me, as my floors are starting to cool, I am wearing shoes now in the 50 degree dawn. The squirrels are busy burying nuts and the sky is crisp fall blue...it's coming...

I wish we were in for a spring with colours like that, but it will soon be autumn here - and then winter.

So fun to visit your site and get treated to spring blossoms while our summer flowers begin to fade a bit.

I'm enjoying all your Spring flowers - very pretty. Lovely poetry, too.

Ah, winter is so short where you are. Six moths from now, we'll be covered in snow and will have been for two or three months with another six weeks to go. ;-)

Your spring garden is lovely.

Such lovely spring blooms, Gemma! Pink is a happy color and I love the pale green. Are those cherry trees in the first and last photos?

My camera and I are looking forward to Fall, which should be very pretty this year because we've had plenty of rain. Last year we had drought conditions and the leaves looked faded.
