Small But Big

Holiday units overlooking Port Phillip Bay on the Mornington Peninsula

Perhaps they're quite small
But units with grand views
Are worth the tight space

Of course we go on holiday/vacation, we hope for dreamy water views. We choose the hotel to have a place to sleep - and to see places we do not go. The small size matters not, the location is perfect...

I love the contradiction of palm leaf direction. I'd stay there in a heartbeat. http://looseleafnotes.com

Beautiful feathery shadows from the palm leaves!

I like the Haiku, as always. Someday I'll learn how to write Haiku. ;-)

Happy weekend, Gemma! Have fun seeking shadows again this week.

I love the soft shadows on the wall ...... and I would be quite happy to squeeze into the small accommodation, just to be there on the Peninsula!!

When you are on holiday, you want to be out enjoying yourself, so small is just fine.
The shadows of the palms would be missed if you stayed inside.

Tight space is not too bad a tradeoff for grand views! Looks lovely there.

I love the leaves on the brick

It would be worth staying in a small space to have a Grand View. Vacations are all about relaxing, escaping the stresses of everyday life and doing something fun. I'd much rather have a small space and enjoy the area I am visiting any day!
Nice shadows by the way.
