I've never ridden in the ocean, but crossed many a creek on my best friend's stead...a muddy mess it usually is, but who cares when you are on the back of a magnificent creature...wind in the hair...

I feel that I was riding the surf. nice! aloha-
It would be interesting to feel what it would be like to be riding a horse in deeper water while the horse had to actually swim for a short distance. People must do it while crossing deeper rivers. Must be an odd but exilerating feeling.
I guess at the same time the horses will get a nice cool off in the waters too :)
