you know i had to really ponder whether or not i wanted to add the pounding surf into my list,, but i haven't actually seen it in so long,, despite living only moments away,, that i chose not to... water is an excellent inspiration,, and in your case it works well in photos too.....

Gemma, your words and photo are inspiring and the perfect accompaniment. I, too am drawn to water. And I miss being near the ocean - I never feel fully myself unless I'm near the water (and the Seine doesn't count). :)

What great inspirations Gemma. That is a very neat walkway. :)

Even tho the sea is so immense, this walkway seems to defy all logic and thrust itself to the horizon. As if we could bridge the chasm beyond mere landscapes...

This is another great sky - that beach obviously makes for good shots. I love the waves on the sand as well.

Good morning Gemma. Your photo is the perfect illustration of the straight, strong line between your consistent source of inspiration and what you eventually show us is words and image.

Me too Gemma, ocean and sky, the pounding surf, the smell of the salt, watching metal rust, born and bred in Bondi lingers forever. Thankyou for your visit, your posts are beautiful inspirations ;)
