I like this collage very much. I also like this poem as a reflection on the types of protection doors provide. That last stanza is especially evocative!
These are all wonderful but I love the last stanza - it makes me want to be let in on color the of secrets!

I see collages both visual and written; the written calling upon me to create my own visuals. Your lines provoke memories of the many habitats of my youth.
I really like the line about filtered communication. I could see the little slot and how it restricts what comes through. Interesting twist on the prompt.
