What beautiful blue skies, giving the illusion that all is calm and warm.

Sounds like your summer is like ours was last year, cold and wet, flooding and tornados...I didn't think summer would ever get here and winter end. It was a short summer for sure, but I enjoyed every second of it(except for the spidy's).

Funny after a particularly brutal winter, those first few warm days of spring are so glorious, no wonder so many poets write of it. It's like being born all over again.

Enjoy your summer friend...hugs!

I think we need lots of antibiotics her in the North right now, but at least it is going the right way!

I love it when several layers have different moisture content creating layers of whites and grays in the sky. Awesome shots!

I certainly see missile ships of light and parting the rumbling grey seas, but the "antibiotics" caught me off guard, now going "huh?" or hmmm....

Beautiful series of skies.

The back lighting on these is terrific. And the textures are so varied. I love that blue-gray color. We get that here sometimes too. Thank you for stopping by and saying hello.

Nice to see the silhouettes against the sky with several layers of clouds. Good choice fot today's SWF.

Gemma: What a nice Look at the sun lighting up the clouds, nicely captured.

Ships of Light. I like that. These are beautiful shots of beautiful skies. I'm not complaining about our blue skies but after a while it's kind of boring. I'd love a few clouds to shoot.

Again, great shots of ships of light. :-)

What a very intyeresting and exchangeable sky you have. That big white cloud is like the blade of a sward trusting violently through the darker clouds. Perhaps the gods are at war. Well done for capturing this mighty blade of white light up above.

Such dramatic and beautiful skies! I'm late in visiting because I was away from home all day yesterday, but I shared twice ... once at Happily Retired Gal and the other at Sacred Ruminations, including a bit of Haiku as usual.
Hugs and blessings,
