Dogs can convey gloom very explictly.
Happily they also de the opposite with great gusto.
Awwee.. Sad faces of the dogs waiting for their owner to release them from those leashes.
Have a HAPPY weekend Gemma and not a SAD one! :)
Sad puppy faces....sweet tho, yes?
My photo hunt is a 'drawing of sad'...stop by, won't you?
Hope your weekend is treating you well.
They do look sad... full of longing is what I see.
They look as if the have great patience - sad and bored ..
What sad, baleful faces. Great take on this week's theme
Oh heck, it's a dog's life. :(
Good photo Gemma. :)
Beautiful dogs. I've actually seen many more dogs than I expected. I was expecting crying children this morning. I didn't realize dogs looked so sad while waiting on their masters or is that look patients. Great photos.
A certain patient sadness and anxiously longing for the owners return but likely soon to be replaced by excitement and unrestrained joy.
Nice photo's.

Oh that's nice entries cute doggies... Happy weekend
Awwww. They may be sad but they are just too darn cute!
Poor sad dogs! They'll be very happy again once their owner comes back.
Sad dogs - they always look sad when waiting for someone to come and get them, but how their expression changes when they see those who love them. Happy weekend.
They are such cute dogs. They must be really patient as well.
Aw … I missed this last week, but am glad to catch it today in the OSI feed. It would have made a good Camera Critters post too. My Sad Photohunt was at Sacred Ruminations, but today’s LAZY PH is at Small Reflections.
Hugs and blessings
