Shadow's Shoulder Comfort

Pic by Gemma Wiseman ~ Shadow is always quite determined to get his own way.
This is his latest trick to prove that concept.

A very large cat for balancing on a shoulder, must be rather heavy.

Oh, that's is too sweet - although a little distracting perhaps?

Cats love shoulder-sitting - it gives them the added elevation to observe and order their kingdom.

Love these pictures capturing this cat obviously adoring you. One of my dad's cats used to climb on him like this and sometimes ride on his back!

The closest my cats came to this is Spunky used to sit on top of my computer chair while I was on the computer and sometimes would lay on the top of the back of the chair while I read.

Our first cat, Moe, used to find room on Gerard's lap even when Gerard was reading a book. That reminds me, I think I'll post that picture on my book review page at my Zemeks' Updates blog at http://karen.pnn.com

We could all learn valuable lessons from Shadow methinks. Your photo reminds me of a friend who attracts cats wherever he goes. One time while visiting Catalina a huge cat jumped on HIS shoulder ... much like this ;--)
Hugs and blessings,

Shadow is beautiful! Our cats also liked to lie on my shoulder when I was watching Tv. Have a great week, Gemma!
