Pic by Gemma Wiseman ~ These flowers are along the first walkway through the Boneo Maze and Wetland, Mornington Peninsula.
There are 4 different varieties and all the flowers (when they are fully opened) attract butterflies between Christmas and Easter.
The flowers are called buddleia.

This is a very pretty Buddleia. It looks a little like a yellow variety I grow in my garden, which I won't see flowers on till July or August. :)
