Ruby Cottage Shop

Pic by Gemma Wiseman ~ This is just a tiny but very cute place attached to a home at Bittern, Mornington Peninsula

Tiny cottage world
A little red Santa place
Wonderful treasures

Pic by Gemma Wiseman ~ Sadly, to the right hand side of the entrance to this cute little place is this sign.
(NOTE the spelling of the word "eldery" rather than "elderly".
Somehow this adds another dimension of sadness to the sign.)

i've always loved the smaller stores for their charm & hospitality. their santa looks happy to share his Christmas cheer. lastly, i think it's awful those 2 ladies stole from the store. why people do that sort of thing is beyond me. have a great day.

Oh Gemma, I love your photos and I'm a little sad too and can't believe little elderly ladies would steal from them... Happy Ruby Tuesday!

This place of charity combined with stylish goods is a fun place to browse and buy. The shame is that proceeds from this place go toward helping people. One less sold item is less for someone who needs it...giving, not taking, is more the reason for the season. Happily, the spirit of giving still exists...

This looks like a very interesting place to shop - sorry about the shoplifters!!

I'm not much of a shopper, but this is the kind of shop that might be fun if I were in the mood! Original and not cookie-cutter.

What a shame about the "eldery" ladies.... I guess people don't necessarily get better with age.

I love little places like this with charming items.
So sorry that mean spirited folks exist in the world.
Lovely rubies though!

Love the RT photos. So sorry about the thieves. Times must be rough for them... No excuse. *sigh*

Gemma, I love that sign. At a party someone went through my handbag so I left a note in it saying to the thief who went through my bag, I don't have much money, please don't do it again.
