Magical vineyard
A touch of red by the vine
The wine of beauty

P.S. After many rollercoaster chess games, as of today, finally Julia Gillard is officially our Prime Minister. We have a Labour government.
Somehow a post/toast of wine seems very timely.

Street Sailing

Microfiction Monday #47 ~ where a picture paints 140 characters, or even fewer. Susan says:
Photos will be from my own archives; illustrations are from Dover Publications' free clipart sample newsletter.
~

A giant curl of water leered over his tiny boat.
His hand willed the nightmare to stop.
Homeless, he sailed his flooded street to nowhere.

Carry on Tuesday #69 ~ This week our prompt is the first words of Mark Twain’s The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn first published in 1884:
You don’t know about me.....
~

The beauty of space
Open skies and open seas
A small boat waiting

You are so grounded
But you don't know about me
I'm just adornment

You are successful
But you don't know about me
I'm just your trinket

Routine or new worlds
The wonder of space to dream
Tomorrows' choices
