I have to agree with ellen... this little clown is creepy but undaunted! :)
new here following from YAT. He has a bit of old charm left in him. his poor balloon seems to be loosing air. I like that he has no makeup, for a clown. Maybe it is worn off? that is what makes them creepy to many. if there was never any makeup than he is just a cheery old soul with a balloon to share!
