Somehow, hordes of wild mouthed waves cavorting to shore are like some crazy reapers, threshing around for choice bruises in the harvest; gathering and dragging them out to oceanic chaos. It’s wise for guilty souls to stay just out of reach on the sands. Fishing is a good way to spend ugly thoughts, ugly memories.

surely the guy caught a BIG fish this time. the fish would almost roll out to him with those kinda waves. and, is that a cruise ship, upper right corner?
Those rollers looked like they were carrying some emotion in that picture.

yes, life can come at you like waves...pounding surf...fishing does help, it slows you down, breeds patience...but what life is there remaining only on the shore? nice 55.
