The whole scene appears to be something done in haste. It's as if something captured the owner's attention and the catamaran was abandoned without much thought. Have a blessed day.
Who understands boaters? I live with one and I don't know what he's talking about half the time!! I'm sure there is a good reason for this. I hope you replied to Masha -- since English is her second language, I am sure catamaran is not one of the words she is familiar with ;>)
