I saw this one crossing Port Phillip Bay when I was on the Queenscliff Sorrento ferry.

Nice to add some color on that boat.
One of the tow-boat companies here has yellow boats -- you are right they are rare here too. When you see that bright yellow boat, it is either towing someone who is dead in the water" or else he's on his way to pick up one that is.
True seldom saw such a yellow ship !
