Simply stunning, I had quite the orange sky this morning here in Iowa too. It just breaks my heart seeing the shots of the flood tragedy, every Spring we worry if the Mississippi River will flood it's banks. They've had so much snow North of us, we will probably see flooding again this year, unless we get early thaws that gradually release all the ice melt down stream.

Mother Nature is a fickle beast, we never know do we...always a mystery!

Take care dear friend, hope you're enjoying your summer, it's one degree here today...brrrrrrr....!

Hugs a bunch...s

Another gorgeous capture, Gemma! Love those different, rosy, pink skies! They do look a bit undecided what to do with the day! Your words are perfect as always. Hope your week has gone well. Enjoy a beautiful weekend, hopefully with beautiful skies and warm sunshine! That's a hope from water soaked citizen of Seattle!!

Well captured Gemma. I'm sure you'll manage to find beauty in today's drizzly greyness.
