AUSTRALIA ~ The Antipodes
I love a sunburnt country / A land of sweeping plains / Of ragged mountain ranges / Of droughts and flooding rains / I love her far horizons / I love her jewel-sea / Her beauty and her terror / The wide brown land for me / ~ Dorothea Mackellar (1885-1968)

Your haiku is very fitting to your photo. I think it would be cool to go sailing sometime. Think of all the exotic places one could see.
Very pretty. I love stained glass.

What a lovely window, and very appropriate for a beach town.

Haven't see a stained glass window like this one before! I love it, Gemma! Good job! :)
Nice composition of the image and your poetry is always the icing on the post!
Very nice Gemma! Good eye for spotting it...
Oh this is a lovely capture! Nice to see photos so close to home. :)
What a lovely window!!
Mine is up!
I love this window and the haiku. I live in a beautiful Regency seaside town on the South coast of England and our home is just 4 minues walk from the sea. So Ship and boat type windows really appeal to me. There are many around here and I have taken photos of lots of them - so thank you for reminding me - I shall do a future "window views" post on them!
