AUSTRALIA ~ The Antipodes
I love a sunburnt country / A land of sweeping plains / Of ragged mountain ranges / Of droughts and flooding rains / I love her far horizons / I love her jewel-sea / Her beauty and her terror / The wide brown land for me / ~ Dorothea Mackellar (1885-1968)

Ooh playtime. I wouldn't mind playing for awhile. Keeps this older gal young at heart.
The red sign lettering really makes us pay attention as it sits in a more subtle hedgerow of trees...The falling leaves are a nice touch on Tuesday, little rubies falling on each other making a soft bed on the ground...
What a pretty place. It even has a pretty name.
Great ruby sign! I think it also fits for This Way Thurs-Way :)
Nice one. Where I live there is petanque every day except when it is raining!
Good morning, friend..it has been awhile since I came over to visit. So sorry..Blogland is getting so hugh, I get lost from time to time.
This is a wonderful Ruby posting.
Take care and come see me when you can. I, too, posted RED today.

Hi Gemma -- I like
I like your little red sign
I like your haiku
(that was a not good senryƫ.)
I like your title too with the 'Red' Hill and all. How red is it?
Happy RT,
Cheers,
..
BTW, I did OSI this week on the other blog.
..
So I HAD to google Petanque and discovered it is a game similar to Bocce ball. Fun.
I'm glad Annie Googled Petanque so I didn't have to! LOL Actually MY association to 'playing with time' comes when I visit your blog and see FALL photos just as Spring turns to Summer here in So Cal. Blogging makes the world so much more intimate and raises my awareness. I do LOVE this photo ... the colors ... the trees in a line ... and, of course, the red sign.
Hugs and blessings,
very pretty scene
