After some frustrating computer melt downs, I'm back! My dear computer decided the recent heat wave was just too much and simply erased the screen to a delightful white! It is still in intensive care!
Meanwhile, I returned to school after the summer holidays! What a busy, exhausting time! But the good news is, finally school is supplying laptops to all teachers! No longer do I have to buy and maintain my own which I always thought was so unfair!
So here I am! Brand new laptop courtesy of my school and the IT guys there deal with repairs, virus protection etc. Whewwwwwww!
So when my old one returns eventually, I may have a spare! But that is 9 weeks away so I am told. It is still under warranty and facing its 3rd major repair!
And I'm back! Wooohooo!
AUSTRALIA ~ The Antipodes
I love a sunburnt country / A land of sweeping plains / Of ragged mountain ranges / Of droughts and flooding rains / I love her far horizons / I love her jewel-sea / Her beauty and her terror / The wide brown land for me / ~ Dorothea Mackellar (1885-1968)

OMG! Cockatoos in the wild! I love it! I'm sorry it sounds terrible there in Australia with the heat and lack of rain! :(
