It's good that she gets out! That's great even though she's in the wheel chair. And nice shot of the beach too!!!
I think it is wonderful that cities are now making places more accessible for wheelchair bound people. That is such a great step forward.

Thats neat she is able to ride around on the beach. I think everyone should be able to enjoy a beautiful scene like that. =)
What a great place to take a walk and wonderful that it's wheel chair accessible and dogs allowed too!
I love this shot too. I know that if anything ever disabled me, I would do everything in my power to still take my weekend walk! Happy Scenic Sunday:)
