I'm reminded of the lady statue who sits outside our library. Every season someone decorates her with something according to the weather. I've seen an umbrella, toboggan and a scarf to name a few. I will have to write about her someday and photograph her.

At one point I was collecting figurines that related to books and reading, but I did not find many -- and none so evocative as those you photographed!
