Gemma - lol - it is "coot" pictures - the medium sized black water bird. :)
I'm sure I've seen them on our lake here in Canberra, like small black ducks with a touch of white.
Oh Gemma - I went to UNE. Degree in Italian, and Literature and Grad Dip Ed in Primary Methods!
Thinking beyond thought - I like that thought!
Very special and beautiful pictures.
To your question, we have no solid garbage cans, only these plastic bags and it happens of course that a dog who wanders around, pulls all out and over the sidewalk where I have to pleasure to pick it up !
Otherwise we don't have any special creatures here around.
Fascinating pictures.
that thin line
Travel is a great teacher, I believe it's helped me think
a lot more immaginatively effectively.
Excellent poems!
It can be prescribed. But not all of us respond to the medicine.
Beautiful words...and beautiful pictures!
This is such a beautiful post.. the pictures are very special... and lovely words to go with them! Thank you for sharing!
I had problems thinking in an academic controlled setting and so enjoyed my travels and thoughts inside and outside the BOX...
Love the dromedary!
In and out of the box - great thinking!
well described and very appropriate photos :-)
Hi Gemma, my main object of teaching was to help students learn how to think. Most were thankful. I made them study too.
I liked your inside and outside the box concept, that kind of thinking is not as is more relaxing, at least not as nervous.
I haven't done much inside the box, that isn't my nature to be constrained in any manner.
Thanks for this nice poem about thinking. It made me think in new bounds, both in and out. Or put your ID tag on it for me.
..
Very thoughtful presentation of your photos and three poems. I'm particularly grabbed by "disciplined thnking."

u really like tercets and haikus dont u? :)
u express lot in so less words, its a wonderful talent u have! :)
thinking beyond thought, diving into the depths of being. I love this one.
