Pic by Gemma Wiseman ~ With all the recent rain in the Dromana Hills, Mornington Peninsula, there had to be a rainbow or two somewhere.
This is the hint of a late afternoon rainbow.

Very sweet photo of the enigmatic, ineffable Rainbow!
And we know about them here in Hawaii my friend.
Aloha, Gemma-
Comfort Spiral
I heard once that at the end of a rainbow there's a wedding. I couldn't think of a better piece of nature to have at a wedding either. Beautiful shots.
Your bell picture below is nice too. I'm glad I don't have need to ring that bell. Imagine how many lives were lost before it was rung. Have a great day.
Whoa, that's a great capture! We seldom get to see rainbows here, because it has been dry for a while. It also reminds me of the song "Somewhere Over the Rainbow".
Gemma, thank you for the rainbows! And your comments at my place! :)
Gorgeous photos! Seems like a perfect place for mystical creatures. ;-)
Wonderful pictures!!1
Gorgeous shots, I love rainbows, they represent pure happiness!
Oh sweet rainbows! I never fail to get excited when I see them! I love all the colours in the sky in the first photo. Looks all sweet and soft like a piece of artwork done in pastels!
Beautiful. What a gift. We don't see many rainbows in Israel.
Truly beautiful!!
lovely...
Wonderful shots of the rainbow. Great idea for nature notes.
What beautiful shots of your world...a rainbow to me is always a promise of tomorrow...and your stormy ocean shot is fabulous, certainly a stormy winter scene that you were lucky to catch in all of it's majesty.
The bell, as always a warning for a sailor in distress...thanks again for the tour friend...s
Stunning! Simply beautiful!
Gemma,
I would die to have a shot like this with my name on it!
Gorgeous. Rainbows are so peaceful, and so fleeting. You've captured this one well.
How lovely, Gemma! I'm always like a little kid when I see a rainbow... I just think they're magical!
Oh my gosh...that is stunning and I love your poetry as it inspires me to try to write it..poorly. But I am trying....Michelle
