AUSTRALIA ~ The Antipodes
I love a sunburnt country / A land of sweeping plains / Of ragged mountain ranges / Of droughts and flooding rains / I love her far horizons / I love her jewel-sea / Her beauty and her terror / The wide brown land for me / ~ Dorothea Mackellar (1885-1968)

Food Circus

Pic by Gemma Wiseman ~ Hope you're not sick of my wild cockatoos just yet.
But I was wondering.
How many critters in this photo?
I mean really?
"HE" hesitated about getting this photo seen.
He thinks he looks like a dork.
His hair needs brushing and his nose is too big.
He says.
But did you really notice that!?
It's just the angle of the two profiles intent on the activity in hand that is so fascinating!
Isn't it?

I too like Paisley, never grow tired of the bird antics, whether cockatoos, crows or kookaburra...David, to me you are a person that loves just being in the moment...that's what it's all about. I sometimes wonder if my neighbors will have me committed...at this age, who cares! You are lucky to have such mischievous creatures to play with...have a great Sunday you two!
