It certainly is vry lush and green, and you're right - red does stand out. Mum and Dad used to take us down to Safety Beach when we were little.
Cheers,

A good attire to wear if we are outside jogging or hiking. Love the picture of the beach too. Enjoy the summer ^_^

That actually doesn't look too terribly cold and wintery to me!
But then what do I know? I can't tell the difference between a penguin and a cormorant! (OK I promise that's absolutely the last time I call attention to my gaffe ;>)).
Even without the runner this photo is wonderful, Gemma. But the runner makes it perfect for Ruby Tuesday. :)
It is not summer anymore - the skies are gray, the surf likewise. Given the plainer winter look, the red on the runner stands out quite well. The runner commits to his task, despite the season...
The red jersey sets off the gray skies.
That reminds me I need to do a little running on the beach!!!!!!
nice!

That's right! It is winter there! I'm still looking for summer here, spring started in February and hasn't progressed yet...
Nice shot, and I agree with those who think it doesn't look too wintry.
I would never realise it was your winter from that shot. Your winter is like our summer!
My Ruby post is on my centre of interest photoblog
I'd like to have a green grass winter.
I'd also like to be able to run like a hind on the shore.
Beautiful picture.
Gemma, have you seen my post on Mary Tomaselli's Photos? Check it out. It matches your Ruby Tuesday post!
Interesting photo hehee
