I like the yearning of your poetry. Well done!
Well done is right.
Love the Churning of the Foam.
Love your blog too, I think I'll have to follow!
Oh, I love it, Gemma! And you can indeed feel the yearning! You're always so good with words. Welcome to the weekly fun! Have a great week!

Was this by John Denver perhaps? LOL just kidding. Well done my friend. I really like the Spirits of the Foam :) Excellent Have a great week ahead :)
How she yearns for the sea. A sad, but beautiful story.
Have a lovely week.
A real and compelling character in such a short space -- I love this, Gemma! -- especially bringing in why the rope is there all around her feet.
@Thom - OMG me too, the song started in my head as soon as I saw 'Take me home'. One of the perils of living in West Virginia! LOL

How often we may wish to be anywhere but where we are. A wonderful entry.
Dear Gemma,
I loved the mermaid's voice here best! So unafraid of destiny.
You weave a magical story - I love it!
Beautifully sad - or sadly beautiful - well done, Gemma!
I just can't identify with the yearning Victorian types. If she wants something, she should GO FOR IT!
Well done, though!
I love the voice in your writing!
You have a beautiful site with great photos.
Best wishes for the week ahead.
Very beautiful and haunting. Well done!
Well Done, I liked this, I wonder if she gets her wish.
