Weird but true... this is the kind of scene I could see myself coming upon while hiking in Hong Kong! ;O
Hi Gemma, that's a wonderful photo set against a quaint beach. I would love to visit Australia one day.
Have a wonderful weekend.
What a lovely different capture, Gemma! Beautiful! And, yes, I too would love to be able to visit Australia and seeing your photos over the past couple of years has only made the desire stronger! Such a lovely country you do have!

I love this! It's not that common to see a tree on a beach here in NC - that''s a special one. I love the haiku too.
Thanks for visiting mine and have a great week!
Beautiful tree!
Girl, it sure looks like summer in your neck o the woods, we've had an unusually warm Dec. and Jan. so far, but we aren't deluding ourselves, it'll still be here in full force, just when is the question!!!
Yes, I've been so busy trying to work and still get stuff ready for the Asylum...perfect name huh, that was my creation as well...go figure!!! I have another truck load ready to head out with, my backseat is filled with soap and smalls, so I will play again all day long in The Asylum(I love saying that) it's sooooo me!!! This restless spirit is always in need of change, I get bored with the same ol same ol and this is just way too much fun! I figured out what my tattoo will be...just one small word...FERAL...definition, once domesticated, now wild...LOVE IT, it's so me, this wild child!
I hope to get back to SSS soon, as soon as my living room gets back in order, but there's always sumthin creative cookin' in my world...I can't make it stop!!! I blame it on my Dad, he's the same way, we always have to be workin' on sumthin'!
Too late with the Scratchy thing, she already got her hair cut. She's 11 1/2 now, so anything I can make easier on her I do...I'll need to get her a collar with skulls on it...or spikes...LOL!
Enjoy your summer sister, breathe in some of that ocean breeze for me...K...I'll be back soon!
Big ol Iowa(not Idaho)hugs from your like mind...

So nice, Gemma--a beautiful place to sit and watch the ocean (as the tree does all day long!). Have a great week. Mickie :)
That's a beautiful tree. I love the scenery too.
That's my sort of beach - one where you can potter around and explore, maybe even climb a tree. :) The red, red, earth stands out - it always spells Australia to me.
