Wind blows the feathery foliage of a plant in the wetlands at Coolart, Balnarring
FormForAll ~ Pantoum
The wind should be my friend
An angel by my side
A time when spirits blend
A time to be a bride
An angel by my side
Realities transcend
A time to be a bride
Furrowed fears end
Realities transcend
Secrets find a tide
Furrowed fears end
Moments softly glide
Secrets find a tide
Inner questions penned
Moments softly glide
Broken dreams mend
Inner questions penned
A loving caring friend
Broken dreams mend
The wind should be my friend

"realities transcend" love that, beautifully penned and the form flowed so well! nicely written ~ Rose
Gemma, Thanks for the write, a really nice Pantoum. I for one greatly enjoy what you've penned here. Thanks again:)
This was quite soothing. I could almost feel the breeze bringing answers and mending broken dreams :)
smiles...i really like this...your opening line is great too...the wind as my friend...and helping us transcend beyond the muck of life...
Hi - this whisked me off to a very pleasnt place with its lulling rythmn - Furrowed fears end - stood out for me as a fine line.
a well crafted take.
A delightful read. I love that it rhymes!
Lovely - angels and wind with blessings throughout. It was so gentle and also so perfectly realized. I think you really surpassed the set form here. Well done. Really loved it. G.
Lovely pantoum - 'secrets find a tide' - great line. :)
I love this one too!
Peace
Yay you! I thought this just fantastic! Read like a breeze...must be the wind :)
This was supremely effective with its short, sharp images and self-contained lines, all supported by the perfect tick-tock of the meter. And the photograph was breathtaking. Enjoyed it much.
Hi Gemma, this feels like a breeze! There's such soft musicality in this! The imagery is touchable and the content so soothing. I felt rested as I read this. Beautiful :)
Lovely write. I was spirited away, somewhere soothing and reassuring. Thanks for sharing :-)
