I think the crumpling and dignity are unequally shared in the photo (!) but your haiku captures it.

They offer us of all ages the look of quiet dignity. They have been as one over the years, it seems, and is shown by the equal affection that flows here. The world at large should follow the quiet dignified actions of this couple...

I always find shots of people walking/looking away to be very touching
I think that tall bush in the front of them is going to reach out and tickle the couple. At first they will be scared, but then they will enjoy a good hearty laugh together.
