AUSTRALIA ~ The Antipodes
I love a sunburnt country / A land of sweeping plains / Of ragged mountain ranges / Of droughts and flooding rains / I love her far horizons / I love her jewel-sea / Her beauty and her terror / The wide brown land for me / ~ Dorothea Mackellar (1885-1968)

The clouds in your photo make such a lovely design. I'm sure that cloud means something...but I haven't a clue what that might be. :)

Whimsical skies--as in: They look as though someone swished a cloud here and another cloud there?

TO THE SKY

Sky by day or sky by night,
You are always my delight,
For in blaze or subtle hue,
Sky, my heart belongs to you.

Cloudy skies are the same everywhere except over the desert. I don't think I have ever seen a desert sky before.

Love those wispy clouds. There were very similar clouds this morning on the way to work and I had no camera and no time to go back and get it! Of course they were gone by the end of the day.
Love yourpoem as well!
