I once had a dream, a long time ago...that I, as a young girl in pigtails, was walking down a brick path and a huge crow flew up and led me down the path to the light of the sun...and I felt free, smiling all the way.
What a calming dream it was, as my Mother was such an overpowering figure in my life, I felt free of her grip...the crow has always been my friend, the bringer of happiness and new beginnings to my world. It's there all along, we just have to be awakened to it by our guides.
I love to paint the crows, would you mind if I borrowed your image to sketch?
