AUSTRALIA ~ The Antipodes

AUSTRALIA ~ The Antipodes

NOTICE Re: Wordpress based blogs!

NOTICE RE: WORDPRESS BASED BLOGS!
For some strange reason, I cannot write comments on Wordpress based blogs!
I appear to be coming up as SPAM!
This occurrence has only been since my laptop went in for repairs and I am using an interim laptop!
In particular, I cannot post on the 3WW meme because it is Wordpress based!
~
APOLOGIES! Perhaps it will all resolve when my laptop returns eventually!
But for now, I walk in a tangled wood with Wordpress!

Colour of my Mind

Poefusion ~ Tuesday Title prompt ~ Listening to the colour of my mind
~

Waking
Feeling weighty sighs from yesterday ~
Knowing fragments of me
Broke ~
Knowing I could not reach
Another
Tormented
Angry
Being
Locked in a desperate maze of
Escape routes in
Blind
Dark
Alleys
~
Knowing love was simply not enough ~
Listening to the colour of my mind
~
Feeling a sense of wonder ~
On this particular day ~
When the first blur of waking passed ~
He tossled my hair
Gently
Smiled a little and gave me
An angel in
A swirling gown
~

~
Two cherubs graced her feet ~
One held a star
One held a tiny bird
And she carried a tiny candle
Shielded with her left hand
~
She had no halo ~
But instead
There was a place
(Behind her head) for
The halo light of
A candle
To be
~
Perhaps love always reaches
Even the most distant horizons
~
Sailing on a calmer sea
Today and
Listening to the colour of my mind
~
