Shadowy Steps

One of several sets of steps leading from the Dromana foreshore to the beach on Port Phillip Bay.

Zig zaggy shadows
Inviting steps to the beach
Sea dreams seem so close

The shadowlands can be a quiet place to meet the quiet dimensions of the soul.

I like how you caught the shadow in the middle of the steps! A nice divider. :)

Oh I like that shadow Gemma! The beach is so inviting!

I would love to be sitting on that beach, instead of looking out at a leaden sky, with snow in the air!

These stairs lead to a lovely beach of soft sand and the variety of blues on the water. The zig-zag motif of shadow leads us directly, if confusingly, to the sandy shore. Nicely captured!

Hi Gemma! I like the way your ShadowShot is perfectly lined in the middle of the steps. Like a solid line telling who ever walks there to stay on their own side! Happy SSS.

What a great photo. The beautiful blue water and shadows too, what more could you ask for! Love the way that the handrail's shadow seems to curve near the bottom of the picture.
The grassy area looks heart shaped to me. Nice Job!!
