I love this nutritional diet I am now cultivating, my snow peas (stir-fry) are starting to sprout ever so slightly, as they were snowed on a little yesterday, not to worry, they are a hardy lot!
This is an ode to a true nature lover, I just wish it would warm up enough here to go role in the dirt...doesn't take much for me...ha!
