Bright golds upon gold
Glowing life round ANZAC Day
It must be kismet
NOTE: Today is ANZAC Day - 25th April - when Australian and New Zealand forces first faced action in World War I.
The image captures part of a memorial in a Dromana park - and the gold flowers always bloom at this time - in Autumn.

My daddy fought in WWI so I can appreciate this day along with you. The monument is so pretty and the flowers so nice. And to this that was the Great War and the war to end all wars. Sadly that is not the way it all played out. genie
Enjoyed my read:-)
Your haiku is a fitting tribute to the day. Thank you.
Whatever it is...kisment...fate...or just autumn, it's beautiful.
Ignoring Kismet
