AUSTRALIA ~ The Antipodes
I love a sunburnt country / A land of sweeping plains / Of ragged mountain ranges / Of droughts and flooding rains / I love her far horizons / I love her jewel-sea / Her beauty and her terror / The wide brown land for me / ~ Dorothea Mackellar (1885-1968)

Love your playground shadows for the day, Gemma! The perfect words as always! Hope you're enjoying your weekend!

Pls fix the display problem - otherwise we can't play the game!
Wow, a parent had quite the quandary: watch the children at play or be hypnotized by the sight of the azure waters on the bay. A fun choice of views!

It's like a whole world of play in the underground.
Great verse to verbally illustrate this fun shot. :)
Yeah, I love this beautiful and delicious composition of light and shadow. Greetings.
Playgrounds without children make me sad. :>( My pooches always want to go in that area of the park, but I save the children from licks and getting knocked down by overly loving 4-leggeds! Happy SSS2 to you Miss Gemma.
I can see myself as a child hopping and skipping around those shadows instead of climbing the equipment!
That looks like a delightful place to be. I love playground shadows!
Ahhhh yes... imagination!
Love this shot & words.Perfect.
Wonderful shadows. I would love to sit outside while the kids played with that view in the background. Great Photo.
Happy Sunday!

It reminds me of my wonderful times by the sea .. the playground shadows are happy and alive in such a setting. Thanks for prompting my memories of my time by my sea : )

Fun Shadows this morning Gemma! I find that my eye wants to run up and down those ladder shadows just like a child would on the real thing! Happy SSS2!!

I can just see my granddaughters stomping on those shadows. :)
