Super capture of the kookaburra, a bird I've not seen before. You, however, get to see him/her quite regularly, I see! Sweet!
Wonderful kookaburra, with yellow flowers in the background. Reminds me of traveling in Australia in 1982 with my youngest brother, who was 14. He's an artist and could see things other people would miss. "Kay, look at the kookaburra on top of that pole!" when I hadn't even seen the pole. I highly recommend travel with a bright young artist to keep you on your toes.

I love kookaburras they are such noble looking birds and I love hearing them. Is that a wattle in the background?
