Multiple exposure by Gemma Wiseman ~ to create a wind-blown effect
~
Carry on Tuesday #29 ~ This week our prompt is the opening lines of a very short poem by Jessica Blade entitled Your Name:
I wrote your name in the sky,
but the wind blew it away.
~
Your name in the sky
I wrote your name in the sky
When our skies were clear
~
You became a cloud
A cloud among many clouds
Heralding showers
~
I became the rain
Refreshing, life-giving rain
Cleansing the spirit
~
New sunlight can blind
What was may be no longer
Blindness visible
~
Your name in the sky
But the wind blew clouds away
Eternal somewhere
~
I measure out my life with haiku. My camera films my soul. ~ Gemma Wiseman

beautiful poem...the sky, the clouds, then rain...
and because of the wind, your name etched in the sky was blown by the wind and went with the clouds!
I enjoyed reading your poem. I like the idea of the name once printed in the sky is forever eternal.
your name like the clouds - seen only briefly but never forgotten, wonderful use of the 3ww
beautiful, doesn't get better than that
name-cloud-showers-sunlight, sounds heavenly. It was peaceful yet serene cleansing of the spirit.
wonderful imagery
