The long skirt looks of a time long ago, when taking time to feed the birds was a simple pleasure in a not so complex era.
My dear friend here in the states has a pet cockatoo that eats everything in sight, she would freak out at all of these beautiful birds if they were in her yard.
Is the weather cooling down for you there as you approach autumn? It's a balmy 64 here today...come on summer!!! I feel the need to take off my shoes and walk in the warm sand.
Have a wonderful week friend...more big hugs!!!

I thought at first they were white pigeons. But at closer look, they are white cockatoos? Great shot!
Amazing that OZ just can let the gorgeous cockatoos in lose.
A wonderful shot! I love the colour combinations. White cockatoos and your shadows in dark grey? Perfect!
Hope you enjoy your Sunday! Cheers...
Oh I like that shot. Perfect shadows.
The elongated shadow of the man is really cool. Beautiful birds!

Love the shadow that is "feeding" the birds! Very clever!
Love your clever bird feeding shadow! That's an awesome photo. Cockatoos are such fun little critters. You're lucky to have them around you :)
I bet that cocky was cranky when he realised he was being duped! Great shot.
