He's a lovely little Jack Russell.
I hate to see dogs tied up & left to wait for thier ownere return.
I too, used the subject for my Camera Critters a while back because I see so many.
I too hate to see this sight, it is so upsetting. He is such a sweet little dog you just want pick he up and hug the smile back onto his face.
He's an adorable little dog. He must have been bored tied up like that waiting for his owner to pick him up.
Even I think that is an adorable dog, and I am NOT usually a dog person. Such a great shot!
