Weekend Wordsmith prompt ~ Crowded
~
At first
The world may seem to be
A collage of
Busy colours ~
Like a high-rise
Menagerie of
Human ants
~
But stop awhiles
Behind the wheel ~
For no special reason ~
And you may notice
A precious moment
Where old ways
Breathe wisdom into
New
~

Awe... I love this! Wonderful poem! Isn't it amazing when you put the world on slow-mo and take the time to observe the things around you?
I'm an avid people watcher, and there have been many precious moments (like the one in the picture) that I've observed - of course there are have been funny, strange, scary, ugly, and crazy moments I've been witness to as well!
Note to self: remember to snap your camera-phone next time! =)
I like this poem.
Somehow your pictures don't show in my browser.
you are on a roll gemma.. great photos and yr words sing sweetly of humanity's simple ways somehow forgotten in the bustle of life.. i miss my mom and grama looking at the photo...
