Looks completely innocent to me!
Well captured....they are called butcher birds as they kill their prey and then hang it in a fork of a tree! That cute bird has a mean beak! One of these birds killed a pet budgie when I was a child and somehow managed to suspend it between the bars of the cage even though it was outside the cage and the budgie obviously, inside it!!

It's a great shot but sounds like a not so nice bird! He's is quite interesting to look at though!
