In certain lights
Greens of leaves
Bark ochres
And wintry twig spindles
(Without burning
Inner souls
Dry)
Become
Magic
Artworks of
Black beauty

What a beautiful shot - the location looks at the same time both peaceful and wild.
I love that shot too. The poem complements it so well.
It's hard for me to grasp your winter time, we had such a bad one here in Iowa. The back of my mind is haunted by the fact that it's coming again...but if I could look at the sea everyday, without the huge mounds of snow, I might not dispare so.

Another great shot Gemma, those trees stand out so well against the water - it looks like it goes forever.........
