Very artistic lamp post.
Lindo o colorido da peça, gosto disso! Um abraço!
I love the decorations on your lamp posts in Melbourne - the designs here are very elegant. I know some have been done here in downtown NY, but what exists in my neighborhood look somewhat the worse for wear. I will check them out again!
What a great, unusual lamppost, Gemma!! I love it and a great shadow shot as well!
what a splendid idea, the lamp post takes on new beauty, new interest. lovely shadow shots gemma.
Lovely lampost - art on every street corner...and the couple across the road look pretty sculptural too!
We think of light posts as being fit for the night only, not considering that these offer a style during the day too. Art works well to add a nicer look to utilitarian and usual things too - nice!
Art is everywhere we turn. Some of it is prettier to look at than other works. This is beautiful!
I'm going to share this with my artist friend. ;-)
Those lamp posts are beautiful ! I love their naive touch !
That is an interesting post! Love all those different colors.
What a beautiful touch of color and art to what is usually just another drab street staple.
Nice capture.
Cheers,
Leah
That lamp post is so interesting!
Love the street art of a city. It can be found everywhere if we look. Can't help but wonder how many walk by this every day and never give it no mind, (double negative on purpose). Then, the shadows play around it to frame it. Very cool shot!
Peace
Wow, it's very colorful and exotic lamp!
I want one of these!
Interesting shapes and colors.
Summer for you - winter for me.
Cheers!

beautiful work of art. that's the most detailed lamp post i've ever seen.
An incredibly colorful lamp standard. Reminds me of Victorian majolica.
Where on earth did you find that lamppost? I must see that with my own eyes next time I visit Melbourne... Great find!
