A deserted Autumn Safety Beach on the Mornington Peninsula
Space
Silence
Deserted
Faded summer
Pale waves of our yesterdays drift ashore

Good picture, beautiful frame and excellent play of light and soft colors, I like it.
How beautiful! Your poem has a tender, nostalgic mood.
Lovely form for the fading summer ~
In my part of the world, it is just beginning. Nice to see you at RT ~
Lovely, especially "pale waves of our yesterdays drift ashore...." Sigh.
Ahh... beautiful, Gemma!
Oh my, this is beautiful and wet with melancholy. Memories do have a way of washing over you when you are still and quiet.
Really like this. Nothing projects a vast silence like the sea, even though it is constantly making noise, and it is always a place where dreams are washed up.
Lovely reminder that as you exit summer, we enter it!
How serene and lovely.
A longing of days past here, captured so completely in so few very well done!
Love the last line, so good and goes so well with the photo.
nice beach. My kind of place. :)
So beautiful and melancholy. Really good. :-)
