These little shadows appear to be dancing on the roof. The tree branches that eave shadow on one of our outbuildings do the same thing. So dainty and pretty. You never know where or when you are going to spot a pretty shadow. genie

The Haiku perfectly describes the shadows here. It's lovely.

Delicate shadows on top, strong under the eaves.
You must have been on a balcony. :) Or a ladder. LOL

The materials that comprise the boat shed, wood and corrugated metal, seem so commonplace and their very function not stylish. However, in shadow it is artistic and very good looking. Style and substance thus go together so very well!

Great shadow shot and I do love the surf in the background and the lacy looking shadows on the roof! And the perfect words as always!

The shadow of the roof makes a nice pattern on the wall.

Love the contrast of shadows, the sharp lines from the roof compared to the curves from the tree shadows.

That beach scene looks so inviting and WARM on a cold and blustery day here! Love the patterns of the roof line.

Gemma... As you may remember, I was going through some heart stuff recently. Those shadows of that corrugated roof look like my EKG! And it's a good one!
Thanks for all you do for this meme.

Peace

How we'd like to be there in person....cooling off in the shade of the boat house, then flicking off our shoes and running through those waves! Great shot Gemma!!

I like the contrast between the soft shadows on the roof, and the sharp shadows on the wall.

Wonderful photo. A double dip of shadows. The solid patterned shadow on the wall and the delicate shadow atop the roof along side the water's edge. Awesome!!
