Shadowed Life Balance

It's Scarecrow Festival time again on the Mornington Peninsula.
This is one shadowy entry on Arthurs Seat Road.

I loved the bizarre face of the figure beneath the red and white umbrella

Step out of shadows
Enjoy the play of sunlight
Enjoy life's colours

I like scarecrow competitions - the inner artist of all participants seem to arrive, our ideas and inhibited artistic tendencies get a chance to shine! I like the red-lipped figure, the bizarre expression saying something. What I cannot say, but the figure isn't talking...

A scarecrow competition? This is a new sport to me! Looks like great fun!

SHADOW PLAY

Shadows like horses, shadow likes chicks,
Shadows like houses built with red bricks;

Shadows much taller than a high wall—
No matter their shape, I love them all!

What fun photos! The scarecrow doesn't seem to be getting much relief with its umbrella.
