Just lovely water shot -- and it doesn't look too cold for not spring yet.

SURPRISE...boy have I been having computer issues, it's so slow, I've hardly done any comments on SSS, it takes forever to get them to download and it wastes so much valuable time, especially in the summer when you can't afford to waste a moment.

Sure can feel Autumn in the air. My walnut trees are turning to gold, as our drought continues to take it's tole, I've pretty much given up on my flower gardens, they've all gone to seed and I just don't have the birds around that I used to, I think winter will be early this year, I'm seeing the signs...hope I'm wrong!

Hope your shoulder is faring better after the surgery, it takes us old folks so long to heal. My finger has what is called a 'dropped' finger, where the end joint ligament is injured and if I don't wear a splint 24-7 it will not straighten out...yeah right, it's on my right hand, you know, the one I do everything with...GEESH, how am I going to wear a splint and cut hair...NOT...it'll just have to make do, cause it is what it is!

Well, just thought I'd drop by since I missed ya and say hi, cause I just needed a virtual hug...how 'bout you sista!!!

They don't LOOK like wintry waters! (I guess I'm thinking of many places in the northern U.S., where ice would be a prominent feature in the water.)

WATER DITTY

A mist, a drop, a river, the sea—
All of this water, a gift for me!

Some snow, a berg, or maybe some ice—
Anything frozen, that would be nice!

So many interesting things to see in this shot. I find it hard to believe it is a winter picture....it could be summer for me. Notice you were able to capture a few people, too. genie
