AUSTRALIA ~ The Antipodes

AUSTRALIA ~ The Antipodes
I love a sunburnt country / A land of sweeping plains / Of ragged mountain ranges / Of droughts and flooding rains / I love her far horizons / I love her jewel-sea / Her beauty and her terror / The wide brown land for me / ~ Dorothea Mackellar (1885-1968)

This mural is on the side of a boatshed at Dromana beach.
It symbolises old Dromana worlds.
The railway tracks used to run along the pier (just visible on the left) to transport goods from Dromana onto boats bound for Port Melbourne.

I like the way the lines in the mural flow with the lines in its surroundings, and that you photographed it to show the flow!
