I agree in the car park so many things happen. Good thing somebody is taking care of the bulbs. ^_^

Carparks are necessary in this world of retail, the customers have to park somewhere. So a sea of cars do not capture our imaginations. Yet the ordinary maintenance functions capture our eyes, the un-ordinary sometimes adding an excitement we hadn't thought of. The electrical maintenance personnel here add a bit flair to the mundane!
